FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELUHAN NYERI PUNGGUNG BAWAH PADA TENAGA KERJA BONGKAR MUAT DI PD. ACAH BANGKIT KECAMATAN CIMANGGU KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG PROVINSI BANTEN TAHUN 2022

Low back pain is a disorder that exists due to poor body position and body activity. One of the diseases experienced by people in their daily lives is pain in the lower part of the back. 80% of the population has complaints of low back pain. This study used an observational method with a cross sectional study design. Of the 75 loading and unloading workes in PD. Acah Bangkit the entire population as a sample. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and using the REBA method for assessing work attitudes. Data analysis univariate and bivariate used Chi Square test (α = 5%). The results of the univariate analysis showed that as many as 52 (69.3%) respondents who experienced complaints of severe low back pain, as many as 40 (53.3%) respondents aged ≥35 years, as many as 41 (54.7%) respondents with years of service > 5 years, as many as 42 (56%) respondents with a working period of >8 hours, as many as 66 (88%) respondents with a workload >40 kg and as many as 75 (100%) respondents having a very high risk category of work attitude. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between age (P.value = 0.004), length of service (P.value = 0.002), and workload (P.value = 0.050) with complaints of low back pain. And there was no significant relationship between length of work (P.value = 0.414) and complaints of low back pain. it is hoped that PD. Acah Bangkit to organize a healthy work environment. Slippery, uphill and downhill roads are at risk of causing low back pain complaints.
