GAMBARAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DENGAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS JOMBANG KOTA CILEGON TAHUN 2022
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a health problem society in the world. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted by the Aedes aegypty mosquito, which is characterized by a sudden fever of 2-7 days for no apparent reason, tiredness and lethargy, and heartburn accompanied by bleeding under the skin in the form of bleeding spots, bruising. or rash. Human behavior that causes the outbreak and spread of DHF, in particular, is the mobility and habits of the community itself. The mode of transmission of the dengue virus is that the virus enters the human body through mosquito bites and then circulates in the blood circulation for a period of time until symptoms of fever appear. According to data from the Cilegon City Health Office, Jombang Health Center, the incidence of dengue fever in 2021 was the highest case with deaths and in 2022 it was still the highest case in Cilegon City. 2022. This study uses quantitative methods, while the instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all cases of dengue fever in Cilegon City as many as 192 cases. Data were analyzed univariately. Suggestions from this study are to change the behavior or habits that cause the Aedes Aegypti mosquito nest that causes DHF.
